We do not sell or share your data

Periscope’s entire purpose is to remove your personal information from the market — so we will never sell it, rent it, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing for you to opt out of, because we never opt you in.

Your data, your control

You can exercise full control over your information at any time:

• See everything we hold — export all your data as a file from your account settings.
• Delete everything — permanently delete your account and all associated records from your account settings.
• Correct your information — update your details in your account, or email us.

How we use the data we do collect

We use your information only to find and remove your records from data brokers, to monitor for new exposures, and to provide the service you signed up for. We share it only with the service providers and data brokers necessary to perform removals, never for advertising or profit. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

Submitting a request

For any privacy request — including access, deletion, or correction — you can use the tools in your account settings, or email privacy@upperiscope.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
